Justin Beiber paternity case: Mariah Casey’s attorney accused of delay in results

Looks like Justin Bieber might have a difficult time in culling between his professional & personal life, as one seems to be riding the high seas of success in winning a chronology of accolades while the other is braving a series of tumultuous rapids with a sequence of never ending complications at every twist & turn. 

The au courant blast from the past that has resurfaced to haunt Beiber; is the ghost of the last year’s accusation of Justin having sex with Mariah Yeater in a bathroom, backstage at a concert in L.A on 25^th October, resulting in Mariah giving birth to a son Tristyn, owing which Justin took a paternity test. The contempo event in the episode is that Mariah’s attorney Jeffery Leving has claimed he has not yet received the results of paternity test taken by Bieber & demanded an independent test to be take.

Quoting Leving, Daily mail reported “I have not seen [Bieber’s] DNA test results or had them scrutinized. If there was a first test, and I have no documentation to say there even was, I wasn’t provided with the results. I have not had my demands for an independent DNA test carried out by Mr. Bieber”, Leving had earlier said “I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Leving told the Daily News. “As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody.”

Justin has all along maintained his innocence & asserts he never met Mariah. However Mariah’s attorney Leving voiced his apprehensions as “For me to feel comfortable, I want a member of my legal team in the room when Justin Bieber’s genetic fluid is sampled,” he said. “This case is unique in terms of media interest, celebrity and the amount of potential child support at issue. There could be motives on the parts of many different people to corrupt the evidence.”

 

Shia LaBeouf dating Mia Goth after break up with Karolyn Pho

Shia LaBeouf clearly is an optimist & does not believe in looking back, especially in his personal life, which is why he squandered no time in moving on after his break up with girlfriend Karolyn Pho. Barely out of his relationship with with stylist Karolyn Pho; Shia reportedly has been romancing his ‘Nymphomaniac’ co star 19 year old Mia Goth.

Just as Shia circumspectly managed to keep his break up with ex Karolyn Pho under wraps for a few months, coordinately well he managed to conceal his hook up with Mia hands down. Spotted in downtown Los Angeles with Mia holding cold coffee mugs taking a cool stroll, Shia was clad in a blue hoodie with a matching cap & chocolate colored cord trousers with floaters while Mia sported a denim jacket paired with blue striped t shirt & a skin fit jeans with canvas trainers.

Shia reportedly has even met Mia’s parents but apparently the couple’s taking things slowly as a source quoted Radaronline saying “While they obviously don’t want to rush into things, Shia has already met Mia’s parents in London, which is where she is from.  They’re already spending a lot of time together, not just with work, but also have been hitting the town. Mia has made Shia very happy and he’s certainly found a party buddy for the time being,” while adding further “He got to know Mia on set and quickly became enamored of her. They have similar interests, they love alternative music, thrift stores and she is edgy and funny, which Shia loves.”
